Worship Time
Sunday Morning Service
Sunday School Classes meet at 9 A.M.
Worship services are held at 11 A.M.
The weekly Sunday Morning Worship is the most significant time period in the life of Capleville United Methodist Church. We gather as a Christian family to experience God's love and grace. Our minister shares scripture based sermons to help us have a better understanding of God's word and guide us in our daily living and witnessing to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
The Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated the first Sunday of each month. Special services, such as Laity Sunday, Women's Sunday, Sundays for Children and Youth and services during the Advent/Christmas and Lenten/Easter seasons are very important to the spiritual growth of the entire congregation.
Tuesday Morning Ladies Bible Study
King Solomon wrote "There is a time for everything and a
season for every activity under the sun". (Ecclesiastes
3:1) In that spirit, we are using questions from an internet
study instead of a book to learn more about Solomon and
his wisdom writing called Ecclesiastes.
Our next session is January 2 at 10:00 am, and there is room
at our table if you would like to join us.
